Hiroyuki Takeshima

Having worked at a major telecommunications company, he has been involved in the development of new businesses and company startups both domestically and internationally. He has served as an executive officer at several financial companies following mergers and acquisitions.
Currently, he is promoting joint application development in Mongolia and Japan.
In 2022, while serving as the COO of a group company in Myanmar, a coup d’état occurred.
Despite the unstable conditions, he successfully supported the career transitions of all employees.
This experience led him to re-recognize the importance of human capital and decided to shift to a career as a career consultant.
Believing that culture, such as film, music, art, and fashion, has shaped him, he now hosts workshops to support career development using these cultural elements.
Additionally, he supports IT/DX development utilizing foreign talent to achieve a symbiotic society.
